Wingehaven Primary En Suite, Guest Room and Bath Remodel

Primary En Suite Remodel

Stunning remodel of primary en suite that showcases the Puget Sound window view.

This gorgeous home is nestled in the trees with a view of Puget Sound, looking at West Seattle with even a few of the tall buildings of downtown Seattle visible in the distance. This family required a remodel that would showcase the view in their room, while creating a haven for family cuddling with their child and the dog. They needed a family-friendly en suite that was durable enough for dog baths, yet stately at the same time.

Another request (which Harpole Home gets quite frequently) was how to create a room design to accommodate family co-sleeping, without the suite looking like it was designed for kids. We sourced an elegant daybed for the child’s bed, that when made up serves as an extremely comfortable reading area for the homeowners who like to read in a horizontal position.

We also installed chrome wall sconces to provide the perfect spotlighting for reading without hindering the stunning window view.

The perfect daybed for both co-sleeping and afternoon reading.

Dark walls highlight the amazing window views from this bedroom, while allowing contemporary art to stand out.

Bathroom Remodel

The homeowners wanted a clean and modern bathroom design for this remodel, while also being easy to clean and elegant.

White lacquer and chrome keeps the bathroom “cool” and clean, while highlighting the gorgeous views from the windows. This amazing freestanding tub was a must for this client, as well as the giant, low curb shower.

We believe that a well-designed space incorporates balanced drama, which we achieved by tiling the wall behind the vanities with large-scale tile, while floating the dual vanities to keep the bathroom clutter-free.
